. Please note that you must meet the following application requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Submit the following:
  • Application form and two references
  • Current wallet size photograph
  • Copy of latest transcripts
  • USD $30 application fee payable via PayPal during the application process

* U.S. residents can pay with personal checks
* Non U.S. or Canadian residents must contact us in order to receive instructions on the best way to send money from your country.
